The New York Giants have hired former Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett as their new offensive coordinator.
My uncle Jason, who I have abandoned a long time ago is now going from Dallas to the big apple. The Red Clapper agreed to terms with the Giants Friday night. Garrett first interviewed with the Giants on Wednesday, the day after his contract with the Cowboys expired. Garrett served as a back up QB for the Giants in the early 2000’s.
This hire seems laughable to most Eagles fans, however, Garrett is a solid hire for the Giants under first year head coach Joe Judge. Judge doesn’t have head coaching experience so having a guy like Garrett on the staff will definitely help Judge along the way. Garrett is yet another coach under new Giants head coach Joe Judge, who has some sort of experience under Alabama head coach Nick Saban. Garrett served as the QB coach for the Dolphins during Saban’s NFL stint, and many think Garrett could be a vital help for young Giant’s QB Daniel Jones.
Honestly, the hire isn’t bad in pure football sense. Also, hiring a Garrett is never a bad idea, most of us are the cream of the crop, but this Garrett (Jason, not me) is a fucking asshole. It’s always GOOOO BIRDSSSS!!!
Now, clap for that, pal.
